What to Wear Punting: Look 2

Here's my second look from an article that I did for a newspaper called The Oxford Student..

I especially like this outfit if you aren't planning on punting, so you can just relax inside the punt. There's something so summery and ideal about wearing hats on the river, so I went for a wide wool hat with my navy shift dress.
