With this look I wanted to pair my cropped leather trousers with a shorter top, and then I thought why not add an a-line coat because I'm really feeling autumn fashion these days (plus I just received the latest issue of Porter so that'll get you in the AW spirit!)
I also thought I'd add a bit of detailing under my coat with a little statement necklace (inspired by Olivia Palermo of course) from Happiness Boutique. I love all of their statement jewelry, and they have free shipping as well as a customer rewards program. I thought the necklace brought out some of the metallic detailing in my top, and it was the perfect interest piece to peek out from under my coat.
