How to Master the Cat Eye

The cat eye is a signature makeup look. If you've never attempted to do it on yourself, try it out with this tutorial!

1. Begin with a liquid eyeliner.  Mine is from Collection 2000 and you can find it here. {it's also a steal at just £3 per pen}

2. Start at the middle of your eyelid and press gently.  Stay as close to your lash line as possible.

3.  Pause.  Now open your eye and press down a bit harder with your eyeliner.  Try to aim for the end of your eyebrow.

Don't forget to add a few coats of mascara!
If you don't get it at first, just keep trying.  Your practice will soon pay off, and you will be able to do it like a pro.

Note: The cat eye is not the same as the winged liner look!  Winged liner is a bit thinner as it draws away from the eye and wings out.  The cat eye is definitely a bolder look; but it works for the day, too.
