b+w summer pop: the makeup

Recently I posted about my b+w summer outfit, but here is a tutorial for the makeup that goes along with it...

Bright Base:  To start this look off, you can use this tutorial for a bright + dewy base.

Basic winged eyeliner:  If don't you already know how to do winged liner, follow this simple tutorial.

The Double Wing:  Add another wing to the bottom by drawing a small, straight line from the outer corner of the eye out.  Touch it up with a Q-tip + moisturiser.

Curl + Mascara: Curl your eyelashes + add mascara to the top and bottom to really make your eyes pop!

White Waterline: line your bottom waterline with a white pencil for an extra accent.
